The centrifuge (small-type) is suitable for a wide variety of leafy and root vegetables that it is important to remove excess water from the surface of the leaves. The rotation speed is fixed. The inner bag is placed in the dryer drum and is activated when the wet raw product is placed in the bag. The operator can decide the centrifuge time then press the stop, the machine will stop and can take out the bag.
The centrifuge (small-type) is sturdy, safe and durable. It is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel with SS41 lacquer finish, the drum is easy to disassemble, the welds are rounded, whole machine is easy to clean, and the food contact part are all use stainless steel.
The centrifuge is fitted with 3 rubber cushions, so there is no need to fix the machine to the floor. The inner roller is fitted with 3 springs to prevent vibration during operation. Depend on the product, the machine can process up to 2-4kg of leafy vegetables per batch, each spinning cycle lasts 1 to 2 minutes at 900 rpm. For various products such as sliced carrots, sliced onions, can be processed up to 5kg per batch.
