Inclined Double-Deck Conveyor FT-410A

The inclined double-deck conveyor is consists of an upper-level packaging conveyor and a lower-level inclined packaging conveyor. Can conjunction with an air suction sealer. It is suitable for packaging fresh agricultural produce or fresh food. At the front end, it can be connected to the weighing and packaging collection table (with four scales), and at the back end, can connect to packaging machine, such as metal detector and weight detector to be a complete production line. Can also integrate to the entire vegetable processing line as a packaging system, making the packaging process more complete and more efficient. The packaging personnel will place the bagged products, after weighing and packaging, onto the lower inclined conveyor belt. The products will convey to the next processing stage, where the packaging personnel will use an air suction seal to extraction and packaging product. The inclined design of the lower conveyor reduces product spillage and waste due to tipping, thus cost down. And the differential length of the upper and lower conveyor is flexibility in planning the front and back ends of vacuuming and sealing packaging operations.
