Strip cutting machine has been designed to continuously strip large quantities of tubers (potatoes, taro, carrots, root vegetables, etc.) and much more. It simply needs the product to be poured into the feeding hopper manually or by a conveyor within a few seconds, the product will come out perfectly strip. The cutting system uses the principle of centrifugal force to push the product towards the set of knives, without squashing it. It can cut the root and tuber vegetables into strips with size from 6 x65 mm to 20 x 20 mm, assuring perfect shape every time with minimal processing waste.
