Fruit Pulper FT-602A
Fruit Pulper is ideal for pulping and separation on various fruits and vegetables, such as mangoes, grapes, tomatoes, raspberry, strawberry, papaya, melon, guavas, peaches, bananas etc. After the fruits are fed in the feeding hopper, the seeds and skin of the fruit is discharged from the other side after extraction of the pulp.
The contact parts during pulping process are made of stainless steel, the total pulping section is of 35" length. Sieves with different sizes of perforations round holes can be mounted, sieve diameter from 0.5mm to 5.0mm. (Depending on the kind of fruit). Optionally available with 3 nylon brushes or 3 scraper to be equipped with inside the sieve which is ideal for most of the fruits. Change different sieve and scraper angle for different pulping speed and effect. The gap between the sieve and brushes can be adjusted to suit different type and size of products to be pulped. All parts can be easily removable for cleaning and maintenance.
