Soft fish paste Slicer which is designed by FoodTec, is suitable for high-volume single-size cutting needs. The fish paste products are placed on a continuously driven feed conveyor belt. Different blade sets can be used for different cutting widths, starting from 3 mm. The vertical blade distance (slice width) ranges from 3 to 15 mm, depending on the product. The products are cut by the blades and sliced into consistent, specification-compliant widths within seconds. The feed conveyor belt speed is 8 m/min. This simple and efficient soft fish paste slicer meets the demand for high-volume single-size cuts. The discharge end features a detachable, movable discharge conveyor belt, which arranges the cut products neatly for easy packaging. With high efficiency and perfect slicing, it reaches the large fish paste product processing plants requirement.
