Tunnel basket washing machine ( 3 recycled water tanks) which is designed by FoodTec is used a high-pressure nozzle cleaning method. It is suitable for cleaning small or medium-sized baskets with moderate level of dirt, such as one-grid, three-grid, four-grid, six-grid, eight-grid, fruit or logistics baskets, etc. Equipped with a leading pole in the tunnel and its height can be set depending on different size baskets. With this design, the baskets can be conveyed and washed more smoothly. Basket can be washed clear through lots of high-pressure nozzles. The great advantage is that it can be operated by only one person. Putting the reversed baskets above the machine one by one, the baskets will slide down to the inlet through the specialize slide and then start washing.
The machine mainly consists with 3 washing zone and is equipped with 126 units water-knife nozzles. Adopt water recycle and double-layer filtration system to reach water and energy conservation. Otherwise, adopt high-density nozzles designed, the basket in the tunnel can be washed from each angle to avoid any dead angle and greatly reduce bacterial growth to reach food safety requirement. You also can add neutral detergent in the tank to remove grease. The recycled water replenishment can be set automatic or manual. The baskets are conveyed by the two-side chain conveyor system. The speed of conveyor can be adjusted through the inverter to reach the best capacity and effect. It also can be equipped with air knife drying system. The surface moisture of washed baskets can be removed through the high-strength and large-flow air knife. With this designed, baskets can be cleaned more convenience and meet food safety requirement.
Additional to it can be connected with steam boiler or heater system (need to prepare by user) to enhance remove dirt and improve the cleaning effect. Or before tunnel basket washing machine, you can also set up a tank to do pro-processing treatment, such as remove big grease or label. The entire machine is stainless steel with electrolytic polished to make it easy to clean and increase its durability.
