Double cylinder pneumatic briquetting machine which made by FoodTec is suitable for clean rhizomes into pieces. Such as potato, carrots, taros and root vegetables. Its specially design can let two persons operate at the same time to increase production efficiency. The cutting speed of each side is about 15 times per minute, so two sides can output 30 times per minute. There is a conveyor belt for the machine which speed is adjustable for easy picking, and it is equipped with an infrared positioning device to reduce product loss rate. According to customer’s requirement, several kinds of cutting knives are available, such as grid or fruit wedge mold etc. We also can customize the mold. The knife molds are easy to install, disassemble and replace.
We use detachable conveyor with blue or white imported conveyor belt which meets food certification requirements, allowing users to easily disassemble and clean it. Double cylinder pneumatic briquetting machine is made of stainless steel with electrolytic polished for easily cleaning and increase durability. This machine can be combined with a packaging machine to be a complete production line.
