Manually cutting machine which is designed by FoodTec is suitable for cutting or slicing long type of rhizomes, such as radish, carrot, potato, sweet potato, yam, corn, etc. You can cut the product into same width when using this machine. It’s convenience to operate and its well efficiency can reduce manpower.
Manually cutting machine is equipped with a measuring stick. You can adjust the width depending on different products. It is also equipped with two sides rollers, so it can let the product be pushed forwarder and cut more easily. Under the machine, you can put a basket or combine with a conveyor to convey the cut products to the packaging line. The entire machine is stainless steel with electrolytic polished to make it easy to clean and increase its durability.
