Multifunctional Washer(Swirl bath washer) FT-102A
Through experience FoodTec knows that it is suitable for washing various kinds of leafy or root vegetables. Both floating and non floating products can be washed, this machine can be performed both manually and PLC controlled. Swirl bath washer can be continuous running by PLC control, it can generate air bubble & double water flow through the blower/pump to achieve more gentle washing effect. The strength of air bubble & water flow can be controlled through the ball valve. The speed of conveyor belt can be adjusted through frequency converter to determine the product washing dwell time. The washer is equipped with the filters that floating or lighter vegetable residues, insects can be filtered through the filters by water flow. Heavy dirt particles and sands are settled in the sand trap, at the bottom of the wash tank. The water rinse curtain is placed above the outfeed conveyor belt with fresh clean water for final stage rinse. The optional automatic chlorine dosing system equipped with the washer is an additional device for sterilization. Washer clean & maintenance: the conveyor belt can be pulled out for cleaning.
