FoodTec has designed the high flexible Flotation Washer that it can be used for washing heavy or light vegetables, cut or uncut products, fruits and much more. The washer is equipped with the filters that floating or lighter vegetable residues or insects can be removal by water flow. Upper of the wash tank is equipped with many adjustable nozzles to reinforce wash power and the strength of the water flow can be adjusted by means of the ball valve. The speed of conveyor belt can be adjusted through inverter to determine the product washing dwell time. Heavy dirt particles or sands fall to the bottom of the wash tank and discharge into the drain. All pipes, washing tanks, covers, pump cases as well as control panels are manufactured in 304 stainless steel. The pipes are quick-released for cleaning and maintaining. Optional cooling piping device in the wash tank for additional device can keep the products fresher during the washing process. The optional equipment for sanitizing in food processing operations depends on the need of customers, it can be extra equipped to the washer for the sterilization function of processing products. In addition, the washer can also combine with centrifuging system to prolongate shelf life of fresh products or be integrated with variety of vegetable washers plus a set of centrifuge system and finally ended up with the automatic packaging line to fulfill all the functions in food processing.
